The New York State Order of the Arrow Trader

FWIW... ...saw the design for the 2 two-piece #30 2004 NOAC patches for about a minute as they were sent into the manufacturer. They have a couple of famous people on them, who grew up within the council area; namely, the astronaut Susan Collins(deceased?) and Ernie Davis, the Heisman Trophy winner(out of Syracuse U., who died somehow-I don't remember how, and although drafted into the NFL in 1960 something, obviously never played).
The numbers I got was 200 silver mylar bordered of Davis for the delegates and 500 red bordered for the trader of Collins. The flap just has the standard info on it and the pocket piece has the person and why they are/were important or famous.
