All tables (42) are sold out and have several people wait listed as we are trying to obtain additional tables from the Camp.
The camp has just advised us that they will not be staffing their usual trading post at the TOR, so please plan accordingly. The TOR will provide free coffee and donuts to tableholders and there will be bag lunches available for sale. There are soda machines on site.
Once again, this TOR will have free admission to all in order to help boost walk-in attendance.
Shu Shu Gah Lodge will be conducting a live auction at the TOR. Thanks to all who made donations and bid in the 2003 Auction If you are interested in donating items for this auction, they may be sent to the address below or be brought to the TOR in Camp Alpine on November 20, 2004.
We continue our efforts to publicize the TOR. Flyers have been handed out at many of the upcoming local TOR's, at the Section Conclave, the TMR Museum, GNYC's Summer Camp Ten Mile River, TMR Alumni Day, the Brooklyn 2004 Program Kickoff and other local Scouting events.
Flyers or information will also be available in ISCA website, on various dealer lists, local Scout Camps, etc. In addition flyers are being
included in the lodge mailings.
